Here are wonderful people you might find supportive on your journey.

  • Movies that Heal -- Movies are healing, or can be. I have long recommended movies to my clients and friends. Check out these pages to get more, including some great film suggestions. I have not continued to add titles to the pages, but these pages explore some very useful perspectives.
  • Compassionate Generosity -- Giving back to the world is good for your soul and good for the world. Here are some of my thoughts on the matter. I explain where I donate my money and what I like about these folks.
  • Kim Ivy's Embrace the Moon - T'ai Chi and Ch'i Kung in Seattle. I love to send people to Kim Ivy, the principle instructor of this fine team.
  • Puget Sound Community School ages 9 though 18.
  • Gracefull Heart offers “Opening Your Heart Meditation” a seated Qigong. It is lovely to do and to watch, and of course very healing.
  • Wilderness Awareness School adults, children, and home schooling support.
  • Zen Temple. It has good articles and other information on Zen.
