Books are the best mentors so you can wholeheartedly enjoy your life.

A book is a part of life, a manifestation of life, just as much as a tree or a horse or a star. It obeys its own rhythms, its own laws, whether it be a novel, a play, or a diary. The deep, hidden rhythm of life is always there- that of the pulse, the heart beat. -- Henry Miller

Because I am a Life Coach and Cranialsacral Therapist, I have carefully selected a list for you that will help you enjoy life more fully and support you on your journey to living a life you wholeheartedly enjoy.

Truth: Reading books is one of the best ways for us to be mentored. This is a truth because

• you can be mentored by people from another land or time.
• you can be mentored when it easily fits your schedule.
• you can have them repeat what they just said five hundred times without feeling embarrassed. And you can go back in the middle of the night and ask them again.
• you can skip ahead and read just the good parts.
• and in translation, you can be mentored by people who speak another language.

For instance, I routinely read 2500 year old books by enlightened masters from Asia and the Middle East, books by Spanish speaking poets and by friends friends from across Lake Washington.
