I love Santa Barbara. This park is a hidden treasure high up above the city with what the realtors call a million dollar view. Yes. This park belonged to a private family and their house remains, although it has fallen into long neglect. Their generosity in donating it to the city moves me deeply, and I feel honored and grateful to be in such a place.

As much as I love Santa Barbara, I used artistic license to remove the city and just retain this lovely eucalyptus, the sea, and the coastline.
