Hi, Here Are Some Cool Things to Get You Started on Your Road to a Life You Love.

FOR YOUR BODY AND YOUR ENERGY

Watch this Secret Martial Arts Energizing Treasure from my amazing Life Giving Manual - Get Well, Be Well, Stay Well Program. Clearly, this super simple exercise does a ton of good stuff for you.

When I studied the martial art, Aikido, one of the first exercises I learned was an energizing treasure. They used it as a warm up. Later, I found the same exercise employed in Taiji (Tai Chi) as a warm up. I found it effective and pleasurable, no more.

Much later, I realized all the great things this simple, seemingly innocuous exercise does for you.

You can use this as an aid to cure any virus or infection and, of course, to stay well.

Some Notes on Performing the Exercise

You don't move your arms. They are moved naturally by the impulse from your hips. All movement starts with your hips.

Feet parallel facing forward, shoulder width apart.

Knees at least slightly bent. The more you bend them the more Qi you generate, and the more difficult this will be to perform. This difficulty will make you stronger, and your life will become easier.

You can hit various parts of your body as you swing the arms and fists. Gently at first, harder over time. Take special care when thumping your kidneys, please. (I go into this in great detail in the full program.)

Let your eyes look as far around as you can. It will help your eyesight and it will help the range of motion you generate. Your body will follow your eyes. It's cool.
